Quesos: for first flight
- Nevat - A goat cheese from Catalonia. Soft and runny near the rind and white in the middle
- Urgelea - Soft cow's milk cheese, from northern Spain. Has a beer aroma.

Quesos
for second flight:
- San Simon - Creamy cow's milk cheese from Galicia. Buttery, soft and smoked.
- Aged Manchego - From La Mancha made from whole milk of Manchega sheep. Good with olives sun-dried tomatoes.

Tampenade - A green olive tapendade made of manzanilla olives, capers, garlic, lemon juice olive oil and cilantro.
Mezcla de Aceitunas - Mixture of olives. It includes cergnola and mansanilla, Greek kalamata and Italian gaeta.
Jamon Serrano - Spanish ham. Thinly cut and offered with French bread.
Chorizo - Pork sausage seasoned with chili and paprika.
